General Summary
Provides immediate, in-person assessment, stabilization, and short-term intervention for individuals presenting in crisis at the Walk-In Center.
Responsible for evaluating risk, implementing de-escalation strategies, and coordinating appropriate referrals and follow-up services in accordance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
This role provides immediate, in-person assessment, stabilization, and short-term intervention for individuals experiencing a crisis at the Walk-In Center. Responsibilities include evaluating risk, implementing de-escalation strategies, and coordinating necessary referrals and follow-up services.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have two years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention, preferably with a background in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. A valid driver's license meeting risk management requirements is also mandatory.
