Key Responsibilities

The manager is responsible for the strategic architecture of behavioral health service lines, including the design of scalable clinical models and technical enablement. They bridge sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure engagements are compliant, high-performing, and clinically sound.

Requirements

Candidates must have 12-15+ years of healthcare experience with at least 8+ years in a functional leadership or strategic advisory capacity within behavioral health. A Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a clinical field is highly preferred.
