Key Responsibilities

Provides functional milieu engagement, recovery support, and life-skills coaching within a residential substance use and mental health program. Responsibilities include conducting safety rounds, co-facilitating non-clinical groups, and documenting objective observations in the EMR.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. Preferred experience in residential SUD/MH settings and the ability to obtain IAHSS Basic certification within 90 days.
