About the Role

Join Sunrise Community Health Center as a Physician - Family Medicine - Full-time or Part-time in United States. Bonus: Base Pay + Opportunity for up to $10,000 annual bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Application Deadline: Accepted on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting.

• Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

• Provide “On-Call” coverage as scheduled.

Requirements

• Adhere to clinical guidelines, performance of PCMH/QI measures.

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection

• control policies and protocols.
