Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and utilize telehealth to improve patient mobility and independence.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current CPR certification and proficiency with EMR systems are required.
