We offer integrated medical, behavioral health, and dental services and are proud to be part of a mission-driven team improving lives every day. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Adult & Child Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

The ideal candidate will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and consultation services for children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on specialty.

This role collaborates closely with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians and primary care teams for integrated care. Provide consultation to medical staff and participate in case reviews. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board-certified in Psychiatry. Current and unrestricted medical license in Ohio. DEA registration (including buprenorphine waiver preferred). Experience working in community mental health, primary care, or underserved populations is strongly preferred.
