The pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective provision of pharmacotherapy, including interpreting physician orders and dispensing medications. They also supervise pharmacy staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited college. A current pharmacist license in the practicing state is required, and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
