Pharmacy Hours and Location
This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m.
We are located at 1308 Washington St. Watertown, NY 13601.

As a Pharmacist-in-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more
Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare

What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Successful completion of New York state pharmacy board examination
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in New York
- Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in pharmacy management
- Specialty pharmacy experience
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds

- Base Compensation: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset. Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist-in-Charge will lead pharmacy operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and consulting services. They are responsible for building relationships with the local medical community and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree and a current, valid New York state pharmacist license. A minimum of three years of pharmacy practice experience is required, with preference given to those with pharmacy management and specialty pharmacy backgrounds.
