The Occupational Therapist evaluates and reassesses participants to develop and oversee comprehensive occupational therapy and functional maintenance programs. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, provide patient education, and manage home-based interventions.
Candidates must have a degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program, a valid OT license, and at least two years of clinical experience with adult physical disabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience or training with frail or elderly populations is required.
