In doing so, we utilize naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) on staff to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages. Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide collaborative, compassionate care by utilizing naturalistic teaching strategies and trauma-informed practices. They are responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive treatment packages in coordination with other professionals like SLPs and OTs.
