This is a well-respected and established community practice serving patients across all ages in a supportive, patient-first environment.

$220,000 - $300,000 base salary + incentives

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician is preferred
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine is preferred
• Active Massachusetts Medical License
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
