Position Highlights
- Specialty: General Cardiology, employed full-time with Carondelet Medical Group
- Schedule: 35–45 hours per clinic week
- Hospital rotation: Shared 7-days-on rotation; no calls after 5 PM
- Hospital duties: Consults, echocardiogram and EKG interpretation
- Patient volume: Clinic census 24–30 patients; hospital census 10–25 patients
- Dedicated structural heart team supporting high-risk patients, cardiogenic shock, structural/valvular disease, and STEMI/shock transfer management
- Practice setting: Multi-provider physician and APP team; centralized professional services support

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

Key Responsibilities
Provide general cardiology care through clinic visits and hospital rotations, including consults and diagnostic interpretations. Collaborate with a structural heart team to manage high-risk patients and cardiogenic shock.
Requirements
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. Requires an Arizona medical license or the eligibility to obtain one.
