The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. They also provide remote clinical supervision, training, and coaching to RBTs and other staff members.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and have experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required to effectively manage clinical teams in a remote environment.
