Department Overview
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our established and growing Primary Care team on northern Oregon Coast. Our position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice at CMH with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU.
Function/Duties of Position
- Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-oriented environment.
- A four-day work week with dedicated administrative time.
- Outpatient practice with hospitalist services available to cover inpatient admissions.
- No in person call requirements, only telephone-based call requirements.
- Hospital employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.
- Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.
- Hiring incentives including commencement bonus, home purchasing assistance and relocation.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school.
- Board Certification / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Ability to obtain an active unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
DEA Certificate
Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.

Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Additionally, the applicant must be able to obtain an active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License and a DEA Certificate.
