Clinical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for completing client intakes, coordinating and implementing individual treatment plans, and providing necessary individual, group, and family therapy. This role also involves evaluating client progress, chairing treatment plan meetings, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining contact with external agencies like DCBS.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, along with active Kentucky licensure (LPCA, LPCC, LCSW, CSW, or LMFT). A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and/or families is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
