Compensation — Full-Time

• Earn $58,000–$105,300 depending on your employment type and patient volume.
• W2 Salary: $58,000–$75,000/year (may increase based on patient volume)
• W2 Tiered: $35–$50 per visit, rate increases with weekly volume
• 1099 Tiered: $50–$60 per visit, with earning potential up to $105,300/year

What You'll Do

Deliver skilled PT treatments in patients' homes across Rockland County, primarily serving Monsey and Spring Valley

• Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (including remote supervision)
• Build relationships with a consistent patient caseload
• Complete documentation using our streamlined process
• Coordinate with patients, families, and the broader care team

What We're Looking For

• Active New York PTA license
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in or near Rockland County preferred
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care
