Key Responsibilities
The Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and crisis stabilization for patients. They also assist in program development, maintain clinical documentation, and coordinate care with psychiatric and chemical dependency services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and possess an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor or mental health associate license. Up to three years of experience in the field is required, along with the ability to pass a background check.
