Key Responsibilities
Serve as the attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities and collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care. Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care while participating in chronic care management and quality initiatives.
Requirements
Must hold an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply.
