• Establishes a treatment plan, with client participation, which specifies treatment structure, outcomes, goals and objectives; within first 2 sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy or related field

• License Eligible – LMHP; LIMHP; PLMHP; PLMSW; LMSW; LCSW

• LADC or tCADC; CADC or substance abuse treatment experience preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Salary: $50K - $68K
