Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform home health visits to evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized intervention plans. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and educate patients and families on safety and independent living.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Delaware Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, and prior home care experience is preferred.
