Registered Respiratory Therapist PFT Lab

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of technical duties for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disease, including conducting pulmonary function tests and assisting with bronchoscopies. Manage the PFT laboratory, monitor patient vital signs during procedures, and operate mechanical ventilators.

Requirements

Requires completion of a two-year AMA approved program in Respiratory Therapy and 3-5 years of directly related experience. Must hold a current Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist and registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
