Job Description
Saratoga Ascend has a new opening for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Cardiology Department at BAMC, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Some Minimum Qualifications
*PharmD
*PGY-1 with BPS (Board of Pharmacy Specialties) Board Certification OR PGY-2 OR PGY-1 with 3 years of clinical experience with BPS Board Certification
*BLS and ACLS
*Current, full and active pharmacy license
*Minimum of 1 year experience within the past 2 years post-graduation/training

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist will provide specialized pharmaceutical care and services within the Cardiology Department at BAMC. They are responsible for managing medication therapy and supporting the healthcare needs of military members.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a PharmD and possess a current, active pharmacy license along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Applicants must also meet specific postgraduate training or clinical experience requirements, including BPS Board Certification.
