Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform initial exams, develop individualized treatment programs, and monitor patient progress to restore physical function. They are also responsible for supervising support personnel and providing patient education on injury prevention and home care procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and possess a valid NYS Physical Therapy License and Registration. Additionally, a BLS certification and proficiency in EMR systems and PT billing codes are required.
