Key Responsibilities

Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on individual needs and physician direction. Serves as an educator for patients, families, and staff while ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for community reintegration.

Requirements

Requires current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Must hold or obtain a Certified BLS credential within the first 90 days of employment.
