Key Responsibilities

• Collects data on the behaviors that are addressed by the treatment plan and provides observations and data back to the treatment plan. Reports all at

• risk behavior or potential abuse/neglect situations to the clinical supervisor according to agency and State standards.

• Provides detailed progress notes of each session.

• Maintains agency notes that detail all cancellations and phone calls.
