Key Responsibilities
Provide patient services delegated by a Registered Physical Therapist and assist in the development of rehabilitative plans of care. Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes while ensuring patient safety and assessment standards are met.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an approved two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current state license. Candidates must also possess a current CPR (BLS) certification and the ability to travel to patient homes.
