Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including interpreting physician orders, compounding medications, and dispensing prescriptions. They also monitor for adverse drug events, counsel patients, and supervise supportive personnel while serving as a preceptor.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college and possess or be eligible for Texas state licensure. Preferred qualifications include ACPE sterile product or IV certification.
