The USAP Sundance Division in Fort Worth offers a balanced mix of routine and higher acuity cases in a setting known for strong teamwork, approachable anesthesiologists, and genuine professional respect.

We’re offering a $60,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range starting at $214,000 and increasing based on years of experience. Whether you’re an experienced CRNA or a new graduate eager to grow, you’ll find mentorship, a variety of cases, and a workculture that values both skill and balance.
Case Mix & Schedule:
Cases: General, orthopedics, spine, urology, obstetrics (spinals and epidurals), plastics, vascular, gynecology, robotic surgery, interventional radiology (IR), and cath labSchedule Options: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shiftsCall: One weekend beeper call every 5 weeks and one weekday beeper call per monthCoverage: Dedicated night team for consistent work-life balance

CRNAs play an active role in patient management, and our division participates in clinicalteaching for SRNA students, offering opportunities to mentor and shape future providers.
