Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and provides therapeutic support services including crisis management and psychosocial groups. They also assist in maintaining patient records, data management, and supporting telepsychiatry operations within a correctional setting.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a Social Science is required for this role. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in activities programming for patients with serious mental illness and possess active CPR/AED certification.
