Requirements
- State Controlled Substance License (if required by State) Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances in each state of practice.
- Board Certified in Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
- If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
