Occupational Therapist - Gouverneur Physical Rehab [Per Diem]

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist performs patient evaluations and implements treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability. They also direct the work of occupational therapy assistants and coordinate care with physicians and families.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited OT program with a BA and hold an active NYS OT license and BLS certification. A minimum of one year of post-licensure practice is preferred.
