Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patient functional independence and safety in their homes. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current Connecticut Occupational Therapist license. Additionally, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and BLS/CPR certification are required.
