Behavioral Health Manager

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Manager provides clinical leadership for behavioral health and/or MAT providers within community health centers while delivering direct patient care at least 50% of the time in an integrated primary care setting. This role also involves supervising the team, managing performance, handling recruitment, and partnering in the development and standardization of substance abuse services.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a human services field or a doctorate in psychology, along with corresponding licensure, and five years of experience delivering mental health or substance abuse services, preferably with leadership experience over licensed providers. Required competencies include conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing, implementing treatment plans, executing evidence-based brief interventions, and expertise in trauma-informed care.
