Hardin Clinic Is Open Until 6:30Pm on Mondays and Tuesdays

• (maybe be required to be on call for critical labs, however, calls are usually minimal)

Transition to Practice Program is a 12 month structured program that provides education, mentorship, and support for new advanced practice providers (APPs).

Qualifications

• Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience
