Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of pediatric therapy experience is strongly preferred. Required licensure includes State of Connecticut Department of Public Health licensure in Occupational Therapy and current Basic Life Support/CPR certification within six months of hire.
