Outpatient Pediatrician in Beautiful Southern California, Temescal Valley, CA

We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatrician to join Riverside Medical Clinic in Temescal Valley CA. This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse pediatric population, including infants, children and adolescents. This position offers a Competitive Salary and Comprehensive benefits package.

• Employment Type: Full-Time Associate
• Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
• Call: Telephonic only (minimal)
• Patient Volume: 22-24 patients daily
• Location: Temescal Valley, CA
• Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
• Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
• EMR / Technology: EPIC

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents
• Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Administer immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $230k – $240k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
