Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacy (Contingent)

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist verifies inpatient medication orders, compounds sterile products, and provides clinical support during patient codes and trauma events. They also supervise pharmacy staff and ensure accurate medication management for patients from birth through adulthood.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and possess or be eligible for a pharmacist license in the state of Ohio. Previous pediatric hospital experience or internship is preferred.
