Key Responsibilities

• · Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery.

• · Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes.

• · Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• · Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.

• · NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.

• Education: · A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• · Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience Certification: · Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered.
