Requirements

Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited pain fellowship program and a residency in Physiatry (PM&R) or Anesthesiology. Applicants are required to be Board Certified/Board Eligible in PM&R/Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, and hold an active Colorado medical license and DEA license without prior disciplinary history.
