About the Role

Join Homewood Health Centre as a Social Worker – Temporary Full-Time in United States. Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive assessment for the client relevant to biopsychosocial history, diagnosis and ability.

Develop and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team, community supports and familie.

Provide individual counselling in support of patient’s specific needs and goals * Ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers

Training and educated in CBT and/or DBT modalities, and Mindfulness

Experience working with individuals with complex mental health and addiction issues, and trauma

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
