They will also modify treatment plans as needed and utilize appropriate treatment techniques while ensuring a safe environment for effective team functioning.
An Associate Science Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required, along with a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit. Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient General Orthopedics is necessary, along with knowledge of anatomy, evaluation, therapy techniques, and effective communication skills.
