We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership for two
Telecare TCAT programs serving Thurston and Mason Counties. This role offers a
unique opportunity to guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen community
partnerships, and drive high-quality behavioral health care across two programs
that play a critical role in the local system of care.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

In this mid-level leadership role, the Clinical Director works under the
direction of the Program Administrator to provide clinical leadership,
coordination, and supervision for multidisciplinary treatment teams across
Thurston TCAT #256 and Mason TCAT #257.

This role supports program quality, staff development, and community
collaboration to ensure Telecare services meet the highest standards of care.

Key responsibilities include

  • Serving as the clinical authority for both programs, ensuring adherence to
  • Providing clinical supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary behavioral
  • Supporting the Administrator with quality improvement initiatives and program
  • Ensuring treatment practices align with recovery-oriented care and
  • Overseeing documentation and conducting clinical chart audits to meet state
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with county partners, providers,
  • Supporting incident reviews and regulatory reporting when necessary
  • Ensuring members served receive high-quality, compassionate behavioral health

This position also participates in a structured leadership on-call rotation,
supporting program operations outside standard business hours when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Washington State licensure as one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related
  • One (1) year of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Two (2) years post-graduate clinical experience in mental health services

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use needs
  • Experience in community-based or outpatient settings
  • Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and advisory
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment
screenings including background clearance, physical exam, tuberculosis testing,
and license verification.

  • Knowledge of community behavioral health systems and care coordination
  • Experience with evidence-based practices in behavioral health

Compensation

Expected starting salary

$96,263.29 – $118,919.08 annually. Maximum range: $141,574.87.

Starting pay is determined based on experience, licensure, and qualifications
above the minimum requirements.
Telecare applies geographic pay differentials to compensation ranges.

Work Schedule

Full Time: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend availability may be required for urgent program needs.
