Join NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM as a Stabilization Social Worker; LSW in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, intervention and other evidence based clinical services as required.
  • Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory

Requirements

  • Coordinates and monitors clinical services for the youth and family in the community, including mental health, special educational services, medication management, and psychological services.
  • Regularly reviews and modifies youth
  • based plans.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationship with foster parents and families of origin.
