Requirements
- YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by working with youth to build positive peer relationships, manage behaviors in group settings, and develop effective coping strategies.
- YOU will work as a member of a treatment team that provides group counseling, works with youth to set goals, and collaborates with youth’s support systems to develop treatment plans.
- YOU will help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by supporting them in developing the social skills necessary to function at home and in the community. Your day
