What You'll Do
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment.
- Help children build communication, social, academic, daily living, and independence skills.
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by our clinical team.
- Collect accurate electronic data during therapy sessions.
- Help learners acquire new skills and generalize them across people, activities, and environments.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, and other members of the care team.
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team meetings.
- Celebrate learner progress and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
Minimum of 4,000 hours of supervised experience working with children under age 21 with autism or related conditions, verifiable by previous employers/supervisors.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Psychology or a related field.
Prior experience with children, autism, ABA, education, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities is strongly valued.

Physical Demands
This is an active, hands-on position working with children in a clinical environment. The role requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, running, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, and other physical activities. Employees may occasionally need to lift, carry, or physically assist children with special needs, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed.
