Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating students’ communication abilities and implementing individualized, evidence
- based speech therapy programs aligned with collaborative treatment goals developed with educators and families.
- Monitoring student progress through data
- informed practices and providing meaningful updates that support the achievement of personal goals, preferences, and developmental needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field of study.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a speech language pathology (SLP) credential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
- Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in providing speech language therapy support, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
