Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating students’ communication abilities and implementing individualized, evidence

• based speech therapy programs aligned with collaborative treatment goals developed with educators and families.

• Monitoring student progress through data

• informed practices and providing meaningful updates that support the achievement of personal goals, preferences, and developmental needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field of study.

• Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a speech language pathology (SLP) credential.

• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.

• Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in providing speech language therapy support, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
