Job description
Join Concentra as a Physiatrist – 1099 Independent Contractor, Flexible Schedule in Oakland, CA, US. Concentra, one of the largest health care companies in the nation, is looking for a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to come on site to our location as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is a contract position and is meant to compliment your current practice.

Key Responsibilities
The Physiatrist will provide specialized medical care for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries, including performing EMGs and NCS. They will also collaborate with medical and therapy providers while actively managing patient cases and communicating with employers.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited MD or DO program and hold an unrestricted DEA license for the state of practice. Board Certification or Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required, along with active medical malpractice insurance.
