Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana.

Work Schedule

Must be an M.D. or D.O. with a valid Louisiana medical license and DEA/CDS licenses. Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine is required.
