Who We Are Looking For
Ellie Mental Health North Wales is looking for LCSW Clinical Supervisor/ Clinician who is seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- As a full-time clinician and clinical supervisor, you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 23-
- 24 client sessions each week.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Contribute to a thriving team culture
Required Qualifications and Skills
Clinical Supervisor:
Role and Responsibilities for Clinical Supervisor
5 years licensed as LCSW
- Oversee clinical compliance with ethical and legal standards for up to 4 pre-licensed providers.
- Provide supervision and support to those supervisees by promoting professional development and overseeing their clinical documentation.
- Follow all guidelines with billing requirements for incident to billing documentation.
- Complete all documentation within 24-48 hours.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, case consultations, and leadership team meetings.
- Ability to supervise a team of clinicians which includes weekly/Biweekly supervision, conduct chart audits, review performance metrics, and lead case consults as needed.
- Act as a leader for Ellie Mental Health of North Wales by assisting owner and clinic director in various leadership role. This may include assisting in events, team building and going above and beyond for the team and clients of Ellie Mental Health of North Wales
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Providers offering individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities. Clinicians may offer EMDR, CBT, DBT and a variety of other evidence based practices.
- Availability to work afternoon and evenings a plus.
- Experience with trauma, family and couples is ideal
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Experience with telehealth systems and approaches

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must be licensed as an LCSW for at least 5 years and possess strong knowledge of therapy modalities and documentation standards. Experience with trauma, family, and couples therapy is ideal, along with the ability to lead and support a clinical team.
