Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist administers therapy to patients in their homes based on physician orders and develops individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, supervising assistant personnel, and maintaining detailed clinical records and reports.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from a CAPTE-approved program or an equivalent international qualification. Two years of experience is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
